
INDIVDUAL/TEAM TRAINING
THE WHY
The off-season is to focus on fixing weak spots and enhancing superpowers. An off-season training program is based off the athletes needs. We will communicate with the coaches or the player before starting to be prepared. The off-season program will involve injury prevention (mobility), improving strength, speed/agility, conditioning and help with body composition.
The in-season is to focus on maintaining the off-season's hard work and to have an edge on the competition deep into the season. The program will be structured around games, practice, position and school work. When most stop because of practice, games and school, we find time to out work everyone the right way! In-season training helps prevent injuries, mental/emotionally stronger, recover better.
TEAM: Training can be done at facility of the coaches choosing if times line up. Training must be set 1 week in advance. Price is set regardless of how many athletes show up or not. If more athletes are added to training during the program, price will increase. Everyone must be dressed ready to train before we start.
i.e. training at 4pm, athletes ready to go at 350pm.
Injuries must be discussed prior to training and possible doctors notes.
INDIVIDUAL: Training can also be done 1 on 1 at our garage gym. Training must be set 1 week in advance. Prices will be discussed through e-mail based off weekly training volume. Athlete must be on time for training. i.e. training starts at 4pm, athlete must be at the garage no later than 3:55pm.
Injuries must be discussed prior to training and possible doctors notes.
